A therapist-led, evidence-based membership for women navigating perimenopause & menopause—emotionally, physically, and identity-wise. Focused on meaning, agency, identity, relationships, nervous system regulation, and self-trust.
Each month we cover a different topic. There will be a live 45 minute group led by myself where we can get together and chat over this months theme, what we have experienced, ideas and advice and any questions that you would like to cover. If there is something related to that months theme that you would like to chat about, let me know and we can make sure we cover this. This way you are getting absolutely everything covered that you have always wanted answers to!
This will lead into a workbook and guided journaling practise to support that month as well as therapy exercises to support what you are experiencing, PDFs of information and readings.
Quarterly there will be expert input from nutritionists, healing partitioners etc and again, this is about YOU so you can suggest who you would like to hear from that month. This is your group!
